Iris Leutenegger, Owner of The Scapula

 

Iris has been providing bodywork in Switzerland as well at Northern California since 1995. Her vast experience has enabled her to build a wonderful clientele that she is fortunate to call her friends.

She is able to listen to her clients bodywork needs and adjust her sessions accordingly. She incorporates a variety of techniques to relieve muscle tension and stress for her clients to find balance and relaxation.   She also uses her experience from the Napa Spa world to ease her clients into complete calm.

Having been an athlete all her life, it just seemed natural to her to pursue a career in bodywork and get out of the corporate world

 

Iris graduated from Cellsan in Switzerland and Massage Therapy Institute in Davis with over 1000 training hours. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)

 

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her grown kids and amazing friends, run the Auburn trails, swim, lift weights and spend time with her dog, cook and EAT!
